Or at least Microsoft thinks so. The New York Times ran a piece on the Pledge of Allegiance case, quoting Eugene Volokh on the likelihood the Supreme Court would take up the case. I sent off an email about it, and the spell check on Outlook Express wanted to correct Volokh to Moloch. Moloch was the idol mentioned in Leviticus, to whom people sacrificed their children by fire. I suppose Microsoft is probably not too keen on lawyers these days, but isn't this maybe a little over the top?
